Introducing WOW blogger Maggie

My name is Maggie and I am from Poland.I have been living in London for the past 9 years.

I am one of those people who love to run from one gallery to another, from a theatre to a cinema: cultural life is like soulfood to me. I share my passion for the arts on my blog

I caught sight of WOW 2012 through google search. Being interested in women’s achievements in the world, their roles in modern society and their struggle for survival and acceptance, I was delighted to see that the WOW program included guests of the calibre of Shami Chakrabarti and Erin Pizzey, as well as the amazing young Egyptian political activist Salma Said. I am very excited to take part in WOW festival now. I hope to learn more about politics, the arts and to explore the topics that are important to every woman in the XXI century.
